The most accurate delivery date can be found in the My Account tab on our website. You can see the expected delivery date throughout the ordering process. Once you have placed your order, we will communicate the delivery date via email as well.
As soon as we have attached the shipping label to the box, it's picked up by the delivery company. Once they've scanned it at their sorting warehouse, you will receive an email which contains the track-and-trace code, with which you can track your order. Usually this email will be sent around midnight on the day of dispatch. For the most up to date information, please check your track-and-trace link in your email.
Deliveries are made daily from 08:00 until 18:00 for businesses and until approximately 20:00 for individuals. The time of the delivery depends on the route that the delivery company schedules for that day, so we cannot specify an exact time.
Please note: The mentioned delivery is only valid if the payment and correct artwork files have been received and approved before the stated deadlines. If this is not the case, then the delivery date will change.
If we offer a faster option on our website and if your artwork has not yet been approved, then it’s possible to upgrade to a faster turnaround speed.

Yes. We offer a logo design service. This works much like our web design service where we will keep working on the design until you are 100% happy.
We will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire and then if we have any questions we will discuss them with you. Then we will undertake research on your industry to be able to create a design concept. This is an image of the homepage and we will then ask for your feedback. We will keep working on this design until you are 100% happy and then once you have approved it the website will be built. Please note that as we offer unlimited revisions we can guarantee that you will be 100% happy as we will keep working on it until you sign it off, however once the website is signed off and we start building it any further design changes may be chargeable.
